Aleph, a global network of digital experts innovating at the intersection of media, payments, and education, and the Baku Flames International Festival of Creativity and Effectiveness, Azerbaijan’s most active creative and marketing community, co-hosted the exclusive ‘Year-End Leaders Lounge’. The event brought together industry leaders to unveil the highly anticipated 2026 Baku Flames Festival theme: “Human After All”.

Agency leaders, brand marketers, and industry experts reunited for a forward-looking conversation on the digital landscape for 2026. Discussions focused on key market shifts, opportunities, and trends expected to shape the new year, as well as the evolution of agency-brand collaboration necessary to drive success. A highlight was a special presentation on TikTok, where Aleph serves as the official reseller in Azerbaijan, demonstrating how to fuel business results with native creativity and digital culture.
